Luxembourg, May 2026 - Stellar has joined LuxDefence, proudly reinforcing its commitment to resilient, sovereign communications infrastructure for Europe’s defense and security ecosystem.

LuxDefence brings together defense, security, industrial, and dual-use technology stakeholders to strengthen cooperation across Luxembourg and the wider European landscape. The association supports the development of trusted industrial partnerships, operational capabilities, and sovereign technologies required to reinforce Europe’s long-term resilience and defense readiness.

Stellar – which boasts a growing presence in Luxembourg - joins the association with operational experience delivering resilient connectivity across degraded, heterogeneous, and constrained network environments. Already active in Europe’s emergency response and sovereign communications sector, and serving multiple defense organizations, Stellar develops communications infrastructure designed to maintain secure operational continuity when conventional or centralized networks become unreliable, fragmented, or unavailable.

As defense operations increasingly depend on distributed systems, multi-network coordination, and real-time data exchange, resilient connectivity has become a core operational requirement.

Stellar’s technology is engineered to ensure persistent and interoperable communications across multiple terrestrial and satellite networks, while fully preserving sovereign control over critical communications infrastructure. The company’s approach is designed for operational environments where resilience, continuity, and infrastructure independence are non-negotiable.

“Joining LuxDefence reflects our commitment to strengthen the resiliency of European defense,” said Simone La Torre, Managing Director of Stellar in Luxembourg. “Operational resilience now depends heavily on the ability to maintain trusted, and unbreakable communications across complex and constrained environments. Sovereign connectivity is no longer a future objective but a current operational necessity. Our experience supporting mission-critical operations within emergency response has illustrated its importance.”
