What actually makes a commercial year successful? And what learnings are we bringing into 2026?
In 2025, Stellar set sales targets that were quite ambitious, but the team went on to surpass them by more than two and a half times! However, numbers alone don’t tell the real story. What matters more is how those results were achieved and whether they can be repeated.
As the conversation on the podcast unfolds, one theme becomes clear: growth didn’t come from a single big win, nor from one single area of the business. It stems from hundreds of small decisions made consistently well by the team. Responding to customers in hours instead of days. Writing contracts in plain English instead of “legalese”. Recommending simpler, and sometimes cheaper, solutions when they made more sense for the customer.
One of our Stellar advantages on the commercial side proved to be how close we are to our customers. Events weren’t just visibility exercises, but moments to deepen trust and really get to know the people we were going to be working with. Partnerships weren’t transactional but designed to help customers grow beyond their initial contract. Even invoices became opportunities to advise, optimize, and improve how solutions were used.
Of course, scaling this way comes with its own challenges. Speed, responsiveness, and quality are easy to promise, yet much harder to maintain as volumes grow. At this moment, we are proud to say that our response time is amazing, but now it is about growing while still maintaining the level of our service that we are proud of. This is already shaping how Stellar thinks about 2026 and beyond.
In this episode, Natalia, Dursun, and Simone reflect on the decisions, habits, and principles that made 2025 work — and what must stay unchanged as the company prepares for its next phase of growth, and what we need to stay even more intentional about going forward.
Because hitting a target once is an achievement.
Building a system that can do it again is the real challenge.
